Leaving no matter what.

Just a vent. If looking for positive, stop now.

Tell me why, in the last 5 visits, the police have been called 3 times? No problem.

With in the last week mom has lost custody of the youngest baby (that this county didn't remove, another did) got evicted and her only source of income moved out..

We are still on track to reunify in 2 weeks. I feel like pulling my hair out. It feels like a recipe for disaster.

Hugs to you and prayer for the right thing for your little one.

Hopefully the recent history will cause the judge and sw to delay the RU. Homelessness isn't necessarily a reason, but police involvement and joblessness generally aren't considered good things for a child.

Again, hugs and prayers. Vent away.

Sounds about like our case......nothing 'wrong' is a problem.....just ignored!

Prayers lifted up! Vent away!

Do the kids have an attorney? And is he/she okay with this? Does he/she know about the visits from the police and loss of their home? I can't imagine a judge sending a child home in this situation. Someone needs to go to bat for these kids.

THREE CHILDREN HAVE STRANGLED TO DEATH SINCE ANGEL DIED ON 8/11/09.
Brandyn Coppedge died on 9/11/09. Rosie Smith died on 9/30/09 and Thapelo Kwofie died on 11/1/09. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is no longer recommending safety kits. They are now recommending that anywhere children live or visit should be free of corded window products.

Yes, they have a casa. A great one, at that. She has made her opinions to him known, no one seems to care. They have been in care 2.5 years...this is the third attempt at reunification. Always disrupted with just weeks to go.

*sigh*thanks for the vent.

Sounds like the parents don't want to reunify and jeopardize the efforts to get them home.
