If you have foster kids and someone calls in a 51a for your bio kid. Do they take your foster children while they investigate? Even if tit's something small?

It's probable that they would take all the kids. Usually they will determine if they think the report has merit before they would take the kids out. So many if's and why's on this one.

We had an investigation after a teacher filed a 51a on our oldest chid (adopted). He had a faint mark on his head and wouldn't tell the teachers how it happened (he was wrestling with Daddy and hit the leg of the bunkbeds). Our oldest bio daughter (same age as him) told the PS worker that "Daddy did it" ao they did an investigation. Our foster child was never removed and they were finished in 1 week. Interviews, paper work and all.
