Wonderful alternative to foster-adopt
Hi,
Just wanted to pass this along for those who haven't been able to adopt from foster care.... We found an international adoption agency that waives the adoption fee for adopting older children (ie age 3+ for 2 boys (sibs), or age 5+ for one boy or boy/girl sibs.) The only thing we will pay is Immigration processing, home study, and travel. This is a well-known, big agency with lots of experience and great staff. Feel free to PM me for details. I know what it's like to want children and to be denied... finding this agency has been an answer to our prayers.

Hi, I am interested in adoption and my husband and I have started a hungarian Adoption.Our agency since then closed and we were told that the referal time will be around 5 years.Tooooooooo long.We have all the paperwork for the international adoption ready.Please help.Thank's

The sad thing about IA is that programs are changing, slowing down, or even closing, leaving PAP's in limbo. We have been waiting in line 28 months for our China adoption. It was only supposed to be 9-12 months of waiting. I'm not knocking IA, but you do need to be prepared for anything going in to it. It isn't always a sure thing.

Hi there,

Would love the information on waived int'l fees. We have a daughter by domestic adoption, just tried fost-adopt, things have gone great but found out they are taking our pre-adoptive placement and putting her back with her family. Our hearts are broken and not sure I can do this route again.
