OT/Peach Cobbler

Ok-First, I suck at making dough
I don't know why I can't get it right, but I'm trying.
My favorite dessert is peach cobbler. Does anybody have any good, easy ways of making peach cobbler and/or any good tips on learning how to master the art of making crust?

But I wanted to say your thread made me laugh because I thought OT = Occupational Therapy and I could not figure out what peach cobbler had to do with OT!!

I love peach cobbler!!
Good Luck

It isn't really a cobbler, but I can give you a quick and easy recipe for a peach crunch.

1 box of yellow cake mix
2 cans of peach pie filling
sugar
butter
cinnamon

I use a 9" square pan for this.

Empty your pie filling into the greased pan. Add the dry cake mix on top. Then add sugar (about 1/2 cup) to cover the top of the cake mix. Sprinkle on a little cinnamon. Then pour 1 stick of melted butter over the cake mix. Use a spoon to make some holes in the cake mix so some of the butter will run down into the deepest parts.

Bake at 350 for about 30 mins. It should look brown and crunchy on top. I generally check it at 20 mins and if I see cake mix that is bare and butterless I add some more melted butter to that area.

That sounds good! I'm gonna try it this weekend and it sounds very simple! I think I will try the Butter Recipe Golden cake mix with it.

One way to make peach cobbler is to get the canned peach pie filling (I add some brown sugar and cinnamon to it just to add more flavor)

Put that in a pan and get some bisquik mix and make that and pour it over the top. Then you don't have to make dough but just pour

Easy Easy Easy Peach Cobbler recipe. (Although I prefer strawberry cobbler, haha)

Buy fresh or frozen peaches, sliced (i usually buy frozen because im always in a hurry and lazy)

You'll need:

one cup of gran. sugar
one cup of milk
one stick of butter
one cup of all purpose flour

take your pan and cut up the butter (melts faster) and stick in over 375 degrees. while butter is melting mix flour, sugar and milk together. When butter is melted, slosh the butter around to where its even in the pan, pour flour mixture over the butter, don't stir. then pour the peaches on top of the mixture, evenly, again dont stir. Stick in the oven. Bake 30-45 min. Keep checking the crust will rise and should be golden brown, take it out and eat it.
