I'm a single, working parent with 2 boys. They key to being able to manage is to have a strong support system, whether they be friends or family. I have a very supportive family, and it's so nice when I need a babysitter at the last minute, or need some help with the kids when I'm out.
One of the most difficult aspects of single parenting, imo, is physically getting places with both boys, especially if my three-year-old isn't cooperating. Another difficult thing is finding enough hours in the day to spend with your children. We have "family time" after baths every night where I read to the boys or play games with them, whatever they're in the mood to do. Even though we only have a small amount of time each night to do this, it's so nice to sepnd some quality time with them, and it's my favorite part of the day! Single pareting is very do-able and i wish you the best of luck.
