I'm glad that you won't have to stop fostering because of your separation. I hope all goes well with you and I think it takes a brave woman to finally say enough is enough and follow your heart. Keep us posted!

I'm glad that you're going to be able to keep the kids through all of this. It's wonderful that you can provide this stability for them, even though your marriage has gotten so difficult.
I really feel for Mr. Peabody. It sounds like he needs a lot more help than you can give him. Any ideas about when they'll move him? What do you think you'll do if Mr. Touchy doesn't RU with Dad? Would you keep him, or have them look for an adoptive placement? Baby Don King's situation seems like it's going to take forever. I'm glad you can afford to be patient. Give that spiky-haired dude a big kiss from Boulderbabe. :-) |

I'm hoping to have Peabody moved after Christmas, I would really hate for him to have Christmas in a new home. I think under different circumstances I would have the patience for Peabody but I don't and he seems to be really esculating.
I'm so confused with Touchy. I love him and would love to adopt him, but I am so scared to give him a life long commitment and be single. He is extremely needy and has all sorts of behavior issues on top of being DD. I do have the escape with Tony being around. I am able to say, I cannot deal with him right now, can you. My life would be much simpler without him but yet I would be very heartbroken. I know if it does go to TPR, first they will want to find a home for all 4, which that will not happen because of the different issues the kids have. I know the GAL wants to have me adopt Touchy, the other fp adopt the 4 yr and 1 yr old and then that leaves Investigator, which he thinks should be adopted seperately. So, I don't know in what direction that is going in. I'm going to see if I can get a pic with just his hair (I will blurb out his face, because the hair is just WILD.

Your daughter is beautiful.
He's not AA (though he is a 1/4 or more depending who the dad is), as of right now he's 1/4 AA, 1/4 CC, 1/2 Guatamalen. He has straight hair just like me, it just stands right up no matter what you do.

OT sorry still on hair
I just meant all the threads about dealing with aa hair. I thought I would have a hard time with my fkids hair, nope it's dd's who is 3/4 caucasian and 1/4 hispanic and who has hair like I have never seen. It's actually longer than her lower back wet. I use a ton of biosilk on it to keep it from standing straight up! She actually uses more hair product than I do
