And I am so nervous, and I can't even attend it due to job issues.

Why am I so nervous? Its the fifth review....every six months. Never any progress in the past four reviews...and goal was changed 8 months ago. I have asked the cw to do a conference call with me and the girls' Behav. therapist is going to be in attendance.

Sigh....BREATHE. Good thoughts please.....

I get like that for every court hearing, any reviews, anything. You never know what can and will be said. The Judge can determine on a whim to send them back (it has happened), so yeah I get nervous too.

Today we had a conference for Baby Don King, all it was for the mother to accept or ask for a trial for her case. It was at 9a and I still haven't heard anything. I want to know what's going on but I don't want to seem like a pest.

I have one this wed. mom hasn't even had a visit because of using since middle of aug but I'm very nervous. I can't help it. I know the kids aren't going anyplace but still that little voice in my head wont shut up.

How did it go Kristin? I'm so tired of hearing no progress is being made in this case - it is really the most drawn-out, mis-handled situation I have ever heard of. I'm really hoping you hear something productive for a change!

Hope everything went well for the child/children involved. I don't get much nervous for the case plan meeting, but COURT, now that is when the drama all unfolds.....good wishes and best thoughts to ya!

I have heard from the cw and the girls' Behavioral therapist that the review went real well. Parents were 1/2 hour late and then argued through the entire review. It was determined that these last six months have had unsatisfactory progress....making it a total of 2 1/2 years of no work on goals.

Bios were upset that i wasnt' there....wonder why that is? what do they want with me?

We supposedly we are heading to TPR on the 15th. And it is a strong case i have been told. Cw has just been asked to complete a Best Interests review. That must mean something good huh?
