not required for PA, but for our kiddo from Oregon, we had to have the classes before ICPC could go through. So glad we had the class, three years ago ds (kiddo from Oregon) stopped breathing and we had to do CPR. Can't imagine what would have happened without the CPR classes. Took a refresher course after that incident. Time and money well spent.

I'm in Virginia and had to take it. I'm with a private agency. not sure if that's above and beyond what the state requires.
