Well after calling CW all week with no reply I find out all her cases are being assigned to new workers, because she is about to have her baby. This will be our
3rd worker on this case. I am just hoping this one is better then the last! Please continue to pray and pray we get a great new cw(we loved our first worker and would be so happy if they gave it back to her)! Still no word from our attorney either!
I do have to say I have a peaceful feeling, and just believe God is in control and is going to take care of everything. I have to believe that because I would go crazy if I had to carry this all on my own!

We did see our attorney last week and she said we are not able to intervene until we have has the baby 12 months(we have almost had her nine months). She also said the judge will most likely go with the recommendation of the State (the state is NOT recommending that the baby be placed with the grandmother).
A few new things have happened in the last few weeks... Bio-mom has skipped visits because she knows cw is looking for her to drug test her, and she told the worker that sits in on all the visits that she is not going to work services because it is a waste of her time. They also told the same worker that Grandma's 16 yr old is expecting a baby in Decamber. Also the cw for the baby grandmother claims to have custody of says she does not have custody of the baby, and the closing report on the CPS computers says when the case closed the baby was not placed with her. So I guess we will see what is going on once we get to court. The grandmother did say that her attorney said if she does not get the baby at this hearing they are going to move for a jury trial. Our attorney did not think Grandma would have much of a chance with a jury. She said by the time they get a jury trial we would have had the baby long enough to interven with our own attorney.
Please continue to pray! We go to court in 6 days (the 30th)!!
