Ok. Here is what we have so far:
It was just before dawn when I heard a knock at the door. Before I could open my eyes someone called my name and gave me a task. Please take this letter to your foster child and let them know that an angel is watching over them, but I don't understand, how can that be I said to the angel. My foster child is hurt....angry......confused....distrustful..... The angel said she needs to know Someone is watching over her. Please be strong, and always remember how much you are loved.

I have to say that this is one of the most sensitive, thoughtful 'story' threads I have ever seen.
Let's keep it up. Who knows, it may be exactly what someone is supposed to tell their foster child.
