we have court for baby "B" on Tuesday in regards to his allegated biological father showing up, and also to see if he and his brother should be placed together. We already told the CW, CASA , and Infant Team that we would take the older brother if the judge said they had to be together...but the other fosters said they would not take our infant. We are thinking the judge is going to listen to CASA and CASA is recommending they are fine in their own separate placements right now.

Please pray for me in regards to the unknown. I have this childs best interest at heart and want the best for him!

that the infant team and the state will be recommending tomorrow at court that my foster son remain in his placement, and that his brother remain in his current placement. i asked about if the alleged father if he was going to be at court....and the worker said she went to his alleged house and he was not there. Now, she said the birthmom may have contacted him and told him about court. We shall see.

well Foster Baby "b"s brothers foster parents wanted removal of the brother from their home "all of the sudden" and the judge asked if the biomom was ready to take care of him at the live in facility she was in....and the facility said yes, so the brother who is 19 mths old went to move in with her today. She has to stay in the faciilty until December and then another court hearing then to see the status. The judge says if she screws up one time, they will TPR. She is not to leave the facility with her son unless OCS takes her somewhere. So perhaps God knows best! We will have Baby B until at least December for the next hearing. Until then and maybe thereafter we will provide love and support and also support the best for him whatever that may be!

And by the way, the alleged father did NOT show up.
