What questions should i ask current FM for a 9 month old respite care?

We are in the middle (almost done) with transferring our license and we got our first call for a 9 month old who needs respite care for a week because his family is going on vacation. i'm about the call his fm and wondered what sort of questions should i ask and what kind of information do i need? this is our first respite care placement. Thanks

We've done respite for several babies too. I ask if there are any medical issues we need to know about-allergies, daily meds, etc. Is there anything the child dislikes, things that frighten them or things they just don't like. What are they eating? At this age, the baby should probably be eating some table foods. Get as much info about their schedule as possible. It really helps if you can continue the existing schedule the baby is on.

I once was babysitting my niece and her parents forgot to tell me that she would not/could not go to sleep without her favorite blanket.

That night was the only time I ever contemplated ending my life. Once they explained about the blankey - I thought about ending theirs for forgetting to tell me Both niece and I were miserable for about 10 hours! (poor baby)

So, I would ask if there is a favorite toy or blankey you should know about
