the social worker screwed up

yesterday there was a court hearing "supposably" only about the infant "B"'s brother...my CASA worker called me yesterday and told me they talked about both kids, and my social worker misinformed the judge and did not barely have any facts right. She told the judge we had 4 kids under the age of 3 in our house...not true, we have 2 under 3 yrs old. She told the judge me and my husband both work for the same company, not true, we both have our own business. She told the judge we don't spend any extra time with the baby, and we both work 5 days a week, 8 hrs a day, not true....I come home early alot and I usually spend an extra day a week with him sometimes. The casa worker had to straighten it all out, if not they would of removed the baby from my home yesterday. Seems the other foster parents that have the brother are not interested in having our infant in their home, but we told them we would take the brother if necessary to keep them togehter. I think the social worker got in alot of trouble yesterday. I think she needs to think about these kids welfare. WE WILL be at the next court hearing in July.

I will always advocate for attending any court hearings that your are able to (one of our neighboring counites will not let foster parents in the courtroom but that is another deal)

I was at one hearing . . . I am thinking it was even the TPR hearing. And my social workers 'file' was a 3 x 3 yellow sticky note! He commented on medications for my youngest dd and all the information was WRONG I looked at my husband and shook my head no. Judge noticed and asked me if I was the foster parent, and what the correct info was.

Next question same thing - social worker was wrong, the judge then stopped asking the social worker questions, instead asked me directly.
