What do you do with a sexualized child with poor impulse control when you need to use

the restroom in a public place, and are shopping alone with the kids? I had a respite placement for about a week that included a 6 yo boy who made some MAJOR disclosures to me and acted out in sexually inappropriate ways with me (only once, this led to the disclosures) and his younger brother. What do you do in a situation like this when you need to pee? Bring the child into the stall and make them face the other way, and pray they don't turn around? Leave them outside the stall and pray they don't decide to take off/do something horribly inappropriate? Somehow I didn't face this issue but cannot help but to wonder how you handle it when it arises.

Why not use a child lead? They are fairly inexpensive and you would be able to hold onto it through a door.

I ask an employee (or security) to wait with my child outside the restroom area if I'm by myself.
