Tpr Today!!!
We had our TPR today! It went through without any problems!! We now have to wait our 21 days for the appeal period; we are not worried about it was an abandonment case, and then we have our paperwork filed and subsidy hearing and we can FINALIZE!!!

Congratulations shybear. I can really relate to how you are feeling today! Our little one's trmination hearing was also scheduled to start today. But at the last minute birth mom decided to voluntarily relinquish!! We are all very surprised, as she seemed the type to drag it out with an appeal.

Congrats!
Im very happy for you. We had our TPR today...unfortunatley due to a tech over a peice of paper we will continue March 11th. Im soooo upset.
I was ready for this to be over. Everyone sais its no big deal just a minor set back and not going to change whats going to happen in the end. But it just sucks to have to wait. Thanks and Congrats to you!

Mandate Issued by appeals court: December 2008. Adoption homestudy and paperwork in progress! Finalization date set: May 20th 2009!  Gave birth to a perfect lil angel November 11th, 2008!
