Unhappy should I continue..advise needed

hello everyone...I would like some input for the following..I have been approved to do foster care through DHS in my county..con-current planning..I have been working on my adoption homestudy since june set as deadline..their are two things that are stoping me from continuing,,health clearance..and fingerprint results..my dilema is as follows..i have had several calls for children over the age that I have considered..and when they call me they call me at home so when I do return the call the child has been placed already...So I called the SW and asked for them to call me at work intead..
I have been in the process well over 3 years now in that initial time frame I had a baby girl who is just shy of 3 months, I also have a teenage daughter..I still want to go forward but I feel a little let down..has anyone felt this way? I dont want to give up but sometimes I dont have the drive any longer..do you think that by me having a new baby will effect me in a negative way? or working full time even though I have access to daycare at work and school? I also live in a 3bedroom house so that is not an issue..Should I talk to my SW about how I feel or should I continue waiting??? like I mentioned before my health screening is cleared and my room mate needs to do the fbi clearance..why have I waited??

You have a 3 month old baby & you want to take in a foster child? That sounds like a huge challenge. You didn't say what age range you are licensed, but I think an additional child would be a lot.

Why don't you put it on hold until your girl is a year?

Good luck in whatever your decision.
