I have a placement!!
I am late to posting but I do!! I have a placement...and they petitioned the court to terminate the parents right when my lil man was 4 hrs old. Looks like I am keeping him as far as the DHS and caseworker think. The abuse to the siblings of this little man were life threatening, and the poor little girl was only 15 months old
 So anyway...I picked my lil man up from the hospital at 2 days old...he is now 2 weeks 1 day old!! He is tinyyyy...just 5.2 right now per the dr appt on Friday. 16" long...oh he is a doll..anyway so the news of yesterday, I am getting his sisters too...they are 2 & 4!! So I will have 5 girls ages 8,7,4,3,2 and a boy 2 weeks. LOL...whoa!

Congratulations on your new addition. I hope everything works out in the best interest of all of the children in your care. I hope you will enjoy having such a full house. I know that some moms are great with large groups of kids, personally I know my limit is 4 and wouldn't dare take any more than that.I wish you the best of luck in your foster-adopt journey!

Congratulations and ME TOO!!!! I have the most precious little one year old girl living with me now. As a brand new mama I feel like I have my hands full with one! She is a real cutie, cooperative and loves to be held and is an expert at raspberries and drooling. I think she has just fallen asleep for her way too late in the afternoon nap. I kept her out shopping.
