Well we are finally licensed and we already missed one call because we were on vacation. She said she will definently call again but it has been a week now and no more calls. She said not a whole lot of babies come through the foundation we are going through. That is what we would like to have. I read about you all that have little ones in your home and I am so happy for you. I hope someday I can write in and tell some good news also. src3

I'm sure it is just a matter of time! You will have a little one to care for! Patience is not my strong point so I don't feel right saying this but... you just have to be patient. (I hear this SO often and I HATE it )

I know you must be kicking yourself for being away for that first call.. Don't worry- there will be more! When things like that happen to us, we trust that if God wanted that child in our home then we would have been there for the phone call.
When that first child is placed with you then you will understand why you missed the first call.
Patience is a hard lesson, and everyone on this board struggles with it- WELCOME !
