but my sister, her 14 year old daughter and I are going on vacation next week for two weeks. The crazy part is that we are also taking all three, yes three, of my foster babies. S is 7 months, T is 4 months and I is 2 months (high special needs).

Actually, we were only supposed to take S and I, but last week (Friday) T's cw called me back in response to my calls trying to find out what the plan for T was and asked if it would be possible for me to take him with us. What, the cw is asking the fp to take the baby out of state with them? Never thought I'd hear that!!! He came to my home 4 weeks ago for one night. Well, I needed to know how to plan my vacation and couldn't get everything set that I needed to without knowing about the plans for T.

You know what, I am looking forward to it. We are taking our RV and plan on visiting 5 different states. These three babies travel so well. I know this as we frequently travel to the other end of our state with them.

Go ahead, call the guys with the butterfly nets. If you see a 'girlie' RV in the western half of the country just honk and wave. (We have just redone the entire inside of our RV and it is now Barley and Champagne Wish with Pergo floors.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer with lots of plans with these very special kiddos that are entrusted to our care.

WOW! Sounds like fun. I have a great admiration for you, venturing out with these tiny little ones! What kind of stroller do you have? I try to stay pretty mobile with my crew, but I haven't found a stroler that I like. Any advice?

People thought we were crazy when we took our 3 week old foster daughter to Disney World, Epcot Center, and Animal Kingdom with us. LOL

We had already had made a family vacation for this time to take our 2 teen biological children. So we had no choice. SHe was wonderful. People that met us thought we were nuts. We finally have adopted her and she and her newly adopted twin brother and sister are AWFUL while trying to take a trip from TN to WI now.
