We decided to transfer

Hi everyone! As I had mentioned in an earlier thread, my husband and I were having a really tough time with our agency. Well after giving in a couple more weeks, we made the decision to transfer. I spent a lot of time reseraching the agencies in our area (San Antonio) and feel really good about our decision. We are wanting for our paperwork to be transferred over and hopefully we'll get certified very soon. Thank to everyone for their advice on this!
