having child removed

Ok, I am confused. Last month when I went to a meeting about my FD I told them because of new Sexual behaviors I needed to protect my children and have her removed. That was back on the 16 of June. They still have no where for her to go. What is the time frame for them to remove? I thought if I gave 30 days notice they had to remove her in that 30 days. Am I right?

I know it has not been 30 days yet, but the SW keeps telling me they are still looking. They wanted to be a smooth transition and have visitation type things before she is just removed. Nothing like that has happened and I doubt that can happen with in 3 days.

Any suggestions? I would hate for this to continue and not have her in place somewhere else before school starts. She should have time to settle in before she has to start school in a new place. At least that's my opinion.

If it was me, and I felt that she was a threat to my other children, I would request to have her removed immediately. But that's just my opinion. You have given them way longer than enough time.

When we were fostering we had a little girl who tried to push my baby girl down the stairs. It was horrible!!! It happened early evening and I was on the phone the next morning; they had two choices find another home ASAP or the child would be sitting in their office later that afternoon. They were able to find a placement. If it is a matter of another child harming one of my girls the placement is done no if ands or buts.
