After getting no answer from the guy ive been working with at DSS, I called someone else in the office. I was told his son passed away and hes been out for awhile. Anyway, I was told that I was approved and then she said..

I thought I was going to die! Tomorrow they go to court at 2pm and I will know something after that. They? you may be asking...Yep! 3 year old girl and 4month old baby boy!

Congrats!! Don't get your heart completely set on this particular placement. I have had two times where they called and said they were going to court and did, but the judge did not order removal.

If that one does not come to you, another one will soon.

Remember too... many of us ask ourselves at the first placement "DID WE JUST MAKE A HUGE MISTAKE?" It is overwhelming for the first few days but gets easier.
