TPRtrial today
Well we had the tpr trial for J today.
THE JUDGE TPR'D mom and dad!!!  So now we wait for our 30 days to see if dad files appeal.

Thank you everyone! we are so happy but know that BDAD can file the appeal any time but we are just happy .
I did not get to show the judge the pictures.  but the album did turn out great!!I am going to carry it to his permancy hearing on the 13th.I have no idea what is suppose to happen at that.?Well one more case to go for our 4 sibs!

Our permanency hearing is before the TPR hearing. We go the 21st, and what we were told is that they will be asking the judge for termination with adoption at this hearing, then we will have our TPR hearing.

I do not think bdad has any grounds for appeal but he is hard headed and I think he try.But our judge is really good about only TPRing if he feels that the bparents have no grounds for appeal.He will ask the state at the JR if they have done everything and he even wants to know timeline for the cw getting info to parents.
I will just pray and count down the days!! 29 left!!lol
