I don't know if this was in refernce to me, but if it is please reread above posts, we are not holding him back and he did catch up to where he is supposed to be. He will still be getting tutored through the summer too. Maybe I didn't make it clear in my first post, he is in first grade now and the teacher thinks part of the problem was how much time he missed in Kindergarten. Even with the time he missed they didn't hold him back then.
