Thanks shelia,

Any information that would help foster parents legally is truly apprehicated!

Allegations is such a dirty word in our circle. Yet, it is very much a big fact of foster parenting.

You find out just how dedicated you are to foster parenting - and you also find out how well your agency works for the truth. You also find out the hard way who really believes in you and will stand by your side.

Take it from someone who has been through two allegations (both proven false - both called in by our lovely public school system!) - it is enough to drive you crazy and to give up on foster parenting.

REMEMBER: It is not IF you get accused, but WHEN you get accused.
