Hi! I am new to the group and am so excited to find you all! My husband and I are completing our foster parenting classes now and hope to have some kids placed with us soon. I have actually been a DHS caseworker and worked with foster kids in different capacities at residential facilities, but my dream is to actually open our home to a few kids and make a real difference. I am almost done with my Master's in Counseling and have incorporated my interest in foster parenting as well as improving "the system," into my research project for Statistics. It will just take a minute and it will really help me out to have as many foster parents' input as possible. It's online, confidential, and submits automatically-- no printing, writing, mailing.
