another question
Is it up t the case worker to increase the visits for parents? Mom asked for it on last court date and judge said to work with case worker and CASA about this. The children have been with us since last July and have only had 2 hours a week supervised at OCS office.
Anybody here know? thanks, L

In KY our workers can set the length and number of visits but the visits themselves must be court ordered.
