Have you ever had any thing like this happen? Tonight after several months without a night out alone my wife and I went out to a very nice restaurant. Soon after placing our order the host brought me a phone. The call was from our grown daughter telling us that our three year old foster daughter had stuck a piece of candy corn up her nose. My wife instructed her on how to take care of the problem and we continued with our dinner.
Life is never dull. N and her three month sister have been with us for the last 6 weeks and it is amazing how they have changed.
We have two bio and two adopted daughters and five grandsons.
I guess one of the most satisfying things about being a foster parent is when you are in the store and you see one of your kids who have been placed in a good home and they come running and give you a big hug.
