Adoptees! Info on first meeting siblings
Feeling very nervous...
I finally made contact with my 1/2 sister, we'd been playing phone tag for a couple o' weeks. I'm supposed to meet her at a local eatery on Thursday. What should/shouldn't I talk about? The only thing I can see we have in common is our father. She went to school/highschool, I didn't. I hate prissy people, she was named beuaty queen of the city. She is still a teen, I never was. She likes sports, I prefer to read. I like "our" father, she doesn't talk to him. Anyone got any sugestions on ways to try and make a relationship work. Kitty
