WELL, EVERYONE THAT HAS BEEN FOLLOWING MY STORY AND THOSE THAT HAVEN'T. I JUST WANTED TO TELL YOU WHAT HAS HAPPENED SINCE MY LAST THREAD. THE TPR WAS OCT 28. WE WERE PUT OUT OF THE COURT ROOM FOR THREE DAYS. I HAD TO TESTIFY ABOUT HOW OUR BABY CAME ABOUT BEING PLACED IN OUR HOME (I WAS SO NERVOUS I PRAYED ALOT THIS DAY, I DID FINE THOUGH). THE BMOTHER WAS HEAVYLY MEDICATED. SHE TALKED TO ME SEVERAL TIMES. I GAVE HER PICTURES AND SHE WAS THANKFUL. THE FOURTH DAY SHE HATED MY GUTS. IT TOOK 5 DAYS FOR THIS TERMINATION. TODAY, IS THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE (THE TERMINATION WAS GRANTED). WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE IF THE MOTHER WANTS TO APPEAL. WE WERE ALSO TOLD ANY APPEALS THAT ARE DONE IN COLORADO HAS TO BE PAID BY THE APPEALER (MOTHER OR WHOMEVER). WE STILL HAVE TO WAIT 45 DAYS BEFORE ANYTHING PROCEEDS. I'M SO HAPPY WE CAN ENJOY OUR BABY MORE THAN EVER NOW. NO MORE VISITS WITH THE FRIEND OF THE FAMILY. THE ONLY WAIT IS FOR THE ADOPTION. WE'LL WAIT FOR THAT AS LONG AS IT NEEDS BE (I'M WISHING FOR THE ADOPTION RIGHT NOW BUT I KNOW I HAVE TO WAIT). WE'RE STRESS FREE. I'M SO HAPPY. THANKS TO THE LORD. THANKS TO THE SUPPORT OF YOU ALL ALSO.

I'M SO HAPPY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF. I FIND MYSELF JUST RUNNING OFF AT THE MOUTH LATELY (TALKING ALOT). I'M JUST LETTING EVERYONE KNOW I'VE BEEN SO BLESSED. THE BURDENS I FELT HAVE DISAPPEARED. I CAN GO ON BUT WE'RE SO HAPPY RIGHT NOW. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT.

Good for you!!! I am praying our tpr is finally done and over June 21 too. I have to testify also about things I have seen the bp doing. (We live in a small town and have seen them togethr when they have been ordered to stay away from each other). The bf has always said he would appeal if he was tpr'd . I was wondering if he would have to pay for the appeal? He is 40 years old and has no car, no job and lives with his mother. It will not be possible for him financially to appeal it if he has too pay for it, unless his sister pays for it for him.
