brothers and sisters in foster care

dear Gwen, i have 5 brothers and 2 sisters all younger. My dad had 3 boys ages 14, 12, and 10. And my mom has 2 boys 9, and 7 and 2 girls 13 and 11 that are in foster care. i haven't seen them since 1999. I herd that their foster parents have adopted them. How can I found out where they are and if they have or haven't been adopted? thank you for ur time. love carebear
