My husband and I want a baby but I cant have kids and a freind of mine daughter is pregnant but dont want the baby and told me that she would like to give the baby to my husband and I when she is born in Dec. and we very much want this baby but dont know the proper procedures and way to make this happen. Can you help us?

You'll need to contact an adoption attorney in your area for more assitance.
You'll more than likely need a homestudy also... The attorney will be able to point you in the right direction....be sure and call around and compare pricing for the legal fee's... Good luck!

Price isn't the only thing
Be sure your attorney knows what he/she is doing. If you use one that isn't familiar with adoption law, you could end up with a bigger (and more expensive) mess than you bargained for.
