[FosterMom2002]

Please give me some advice.... we have a 20 month old foster son that has been in care since 10/2002. Mom isnt off drugs been through 3 treatment centers and dad is doing great! The problem is our foster son cries for me whenever he comes home from a visit and has night terrors all night long. I am worried the DHS is pushing this to fast. He is grinding his teeth and wont go to bed without being in my bed with me and DH. He has fun when he is with dad. But when we do a home visit I have to go into the house with him and when I get ready to leave he wants to leave. Dad has to distract him so I can go. This is our first foster child..... is this normal and how do I get past the feelings I have? I have talked to my worker about my concerns and she says it is normal. Dad had only seen him 3 times up until this point. Help in Oregon!
