looking for brother adopted in foster care
 hi, iam looking for my brother . He was adopted while we were in a foster home.His birth name would be darrell lilly.His name changed after he was adopted to something that sounds like seltzer.His birthdate is january 1978.The adoption toke place in bensalem or bucks county pa.I dont want to interfere,i just want to know if he's ok.
