Problems with children & family services
If you live in the state of arkansas and are having trouble getting through paperwork and getting a placement, please email kidscount2007@aol.com. We are meeting with the governor's office in a few weeks and are needing more stories. You can include as much as you feel comfortable doing so. We are forming a adoption advisory committee to get some much needed changes in our foster to adopt system.
