i would like to know some information on foster care to adopt from the waiitng children, i usually have to work that night so wondering if u can email with information on cost and homestudies and how it works, we are foster parents and trying to adopt special needs. we are trying to adopt out of state we feel there are more children avaible there, we are in MN. so u can email me at lilshera2001@aol.com or i have yahoo messagener and aol i can gie u my screen name.
