Questions about adopting from out of state?
We are just getting started on an Interstate Adoption, we are not licensed as foster parents but found a little girl we are very interest in but she is out of state, we are in MO.
How would we go about getting started to adopt this little girl, as she is adoptable. I have contacted the case worker for her already. Would we have to be FP before we can adopt her? Any info would be helpful!! TIA Kim

I looked at MO because they are one state that you don't have to be homestudied for to submit an inquiry off the photolistings. I don't know aobut the FP requirement, but it couldn't start to begin the process - usually the 2 longest things are finger prints and taking the classes.
