Got a call for an adoptive placement!
We got a call last week for an adoptive placement of an 18 mo old girl who has no medical or emotional concerns
 She was being adopted by her current foster family (who is a relative) before they finalized charges of abuse (on another FC) were brought against the FM and they were substantiated so they moved her and were looking for an adoptive placement so they called us. I feel really bad for the M she is being moved from her home and uprooted, but I hope eventually we can help her heal. I thought I would share! She is going to be moving in this week!!! TPR has already occurred, but I am told the other FF is going to appeal and it is VERY unlikely that they will win.

I'm so happy for you! What is wrong with foster parents who hurt children? Why go through all of this just to hurt a child. Little M is so blessed she is coming to a loving home.
You will have to keep posting before you lose your first language and only speak toddler!
