letter of intent to adopt
Has anyone written a letter to court about your desire to adopt your foster child? I think its called a letter of intent to adopt. I need to write one and was wondering what to put in it. Thanks!

I've not written one, but I would think that you could ask your cw about it. Just a thought.

our caseworker gave us something to sign. i think it was a pretty generic thing the county had. then she filed it.

Our FS's sw gave us a generic one that they use to sign.

same here...we signed something fairly generic with a few changes made by the SW to fit our family.
