Today Was The Day...
...and we won! TPR was given and permanent placement was given to us..so now we move forward for adoption! Yippeee! We have to wait the 30 days for bio to appeal but we HOPE she won't, but we were told if she did we would still win! We are SOOOO excited! We have waited 2 LONG years for this!

FD 5 years old (July06-Nov.06) Went back to mom
FS 3 months old (Sept06-Oct06) Went to bio. dad
Twin FD 5 weeks old (Sept06- present) TPR date 8-08
TPR'd on 8-25-08 (now waiting 30 days for appeal)
Girls Became Legally Free on 10-3-08!!
Signed Adoption Agreements on 1-30-09!!

Finalization Date 4-13-09 at 3pm!!
