I posted this in the Ca section but thought I might get more advice here.

We were liscened for just foster care accepting kids age 3-8 years. We got a call for a 4 day old baby boy last march and said ok. Well now 15 months later we still have our boy and tpr has just happened in april and we have begun our homestudy and will be done with that the end of july. With our last county worker she said we would get a subsidy of no less than $530 a month and can go up from there. My question is now when talking to our adoption worker she said will will get the cvrc rate since he is recieving services. And will check into SSI. Can anyone tell me what the cvrc rate may be and how that is different from the regular subsidy I would recieve. We are getting close and there is alot I dont know about so I am just trying to understand it all with out loosing my mind.
