Do you find yourself watching adoption shows?
I am admittedly suffering from a little OCD. When I'm pregnant I overdose on baby shows. I watch every one I can religiously until about a week after the baby is born. Then I lose interest in the shows.
I've always had an interest in adoption shows but they are few and far between around here. Since starting this journey I have started watching baby shows again .It's funny and DH laughs at me all the time. When I do something, I go whole hog! Lately I have intensified my quest for adoption programming though and I found a great set of series on hallmarkchannel.com - Make Yourself At Home called Adoption. I won't hotlink it, but you can do a simple text search keyword "adoption" and it will take you right to the homepage. You can watch full episodes without commercials. They aren't exactly foster-adopt, but they are soooo touching. Anyway, please tell me I'm not alone. Do you watch Adoption shows?

Yes, I watch too. Also enjoy baby shows but my friends tell me to avoid them as they often leave me a lil blue.

Most definately...almost like I am drawn to them. As a matter of fact...as a fost/adopt mother I never miss the annual "A Home for the Holidays" at Christmas time. It puts inperspective just how lucky I am to have my boys.

I'm only allowed to watch Blue's Clues and The Backyardigans.
But, in the pre-foster/post-toddler days, I can honestly tell you that no, I did not watch those shows. I don't read romance novels either. Personality defect, I suppose ![]() |

I have the same defect, I guess. I've never liked romance novels. LOL about the Blue's Clues & Backyardigans. That's cute! ![]()

Don't read romance novels? When you've got a spare two hours (on vacation) nothing's better than a nice old Harlequin.
