filing for termination a second time?

Has anyone every heard of this happening and if so what happened?

Are they filing for termination on the same parents, same child? I have never heard of this.

I would talk to the cw and see what is going on.

I have heard of this. the first hearing was denied because the birthmom changed judges and moved hearing to another county. Bunch of BS if you ask me. That judge didnt know the history and denied termination. they are going to file again in march or april. hopefully it works out. the kids have been in care for a very long time.

It would be for the same parent and child. The reason would be child's best interest this time around if it happens.

It's a long story and it's heartbreaking to think about.

Time will tell what happens but this sweet child doesn't have all the time in the world to hang in the balance of the adult choices that are being made.
