We have a TPR hearing date. May 29th Our FD will with us a year the first week of June. Please pray that it actually happens this time, we have been rescheduled a few times already.

Adoption day!!!!
We finalized today, at 9:00 a.m.!
  Our children are finally ours "forever"! My heart adopted them long ago but now the our paperwork proves it! For a limited time, you can see pictures from our adoption day at http://photobucket.com/adoptionday . I'll be closing the album later for safety purposes.

Mr. Cris, married to a wonderful woman. 10/20/08- Orientation about Foster care and Adoption 11/1/08- Started MAPP Classes 1/31/09- Received MAPP Certificate of completion 3/17/09- Received background check clearance 5/27/09-Home study officially approved 6/29/09- Home Officially opened and on "THE LIST" 8/13/09- Received license in the mail 11/13/09-  rang regarding a 2 month old  and 2 year old as possible matches11/16/09- Paternal Family filed papers for custody of 2 year old :sad:11/17/09- Informed 2 month old actually a  and judge wants her placed in Pre-adoptive home ASAP 11/23/09- Told Foster Mom wants to try keep 2 month old. Waiting for Law guardian decision Patiently waiting to hear more

The 41st of Octember
We just got yo meet our little ones. J(7yr old girl) and J(6yr old boy) Sibs. The TPR is done. Our license is on someones desk in Lansing awaiting approval. We get weekly visits until they can move in a FC and then we wait on adoptin paperwork, which is in the works too but takes longer. We started looking in '06, took PRIDE classes in '07, got our adpotion homestudy complete in '08, took PRIDE again (for foster care this time) in January '09.
We finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. I hope it is not a train!!

Thanks, actually Tucker is one of our son's middle names and Pixie is not even part of our daughter's name... she just looked like a little pixie when she was a baby. Their two... and already they have aliases!
