Well, the case for our fk's is going to TPR. Their ** was told and was she hot, as expected. She doesn't understand why they are doing this to her and its been explained over and over and she is not getting the facts that have lead up to the decision.

Anyways, after accusing me of wanting to steal her kids since day one, she decided that she is going to file and immediate review of her case by a judge. The TPR has not been filed yet and they are getting the papers in order to be filed. She didn't/doesn't understand that after her relapse in Jan. it was basically like starting over for her as far as visits with the kids are concerned. She has been requesting unsupervised overnight visits after she was clearly told that wasn't going to happen because of the relapse, she is on the waiting list for a second weekly supervised visit, but there are not enough supervisors. Many bf are in this situation here in Hawaii. She is able to request extra visits with the kids for special reasons as her house mother (she lives in a clean and sober house) and her counselor from Catholic Charities are approved to supervise these extra visits. However, our fs bday was in January and she forgot it, no request for a special visit, Easter is here, no request, Mother's Day is coming, no request and our fd bday is next month and at this time no request. I am pretty sure she will request a visit for M as she will not forget her bday (M is the favored child) Anyways, this ** is frustrating to me, but prehaps I have a low tolerance. But thats not the point....

So she has decided to file this immediate review. What is that exactly and has anyone else experienced one?
