Adoption Ordered, .26 Hearing scheduled
What does that mean? I have tried to google exactly what that means, but I do not understand.

I found this website that tells about the 366.26 hearing. The website is www.lawca.com It says "A hearing under Welfare and Instituations Code section 366.26....
At the hearing the court may: -Terminate parental rights and free the children for adoption or -establish legal gaurdianship or -place the children in long term foaster care." I do not know if this helps but from what I know the hearing is the TPR. Shelly
