i know i have asked for good thoughts and prayrs for my foster son's tpr hearing. lets hope 3rd times a charm. his hearing is scheduled for tomorrow after noon. i have been his foster mother for 2 years and he is only 2yrs and 3 months old. his bfather has only seen him one time and that was at his birth and has been in jail since he was 4 months old. i just hope and pray that the judge will make the best decision for my son. thanks for your support

things are looking good, the judge did not actully hand down a ruling from the bench, but did set a tentative adoption date. now we just have to keep our fingers crossed that dad does not appeal the decision. if he does the adoption could be drug out til sometime next year. but, all in all things seem to be going in the right direction.

Hooray for you! Now if you could kindly keep us in your thoughts... Our hearing is 9/11 (what a day!) and we don't know whether the mother will show to contest it. We've only had the kids a week but they desperately need a stable home (five placements in two years) and they're great kids.
