i'm so stressed about the outcome of todays court hearing. we were blame for the sexual allegations by the friend of the family lawyer. the GAL stepped in for us some what (THE JUDGE ASKED WHAT IS THE BEST INTEREST FOR THE CHILD?), he decided that unsupervised visits were out of the question at this time but that he would sit in on two visits and see if he sees anything different in my baby's reaction to her. (SOMEONE LET ME KNOW WON'T SHE BE MOTHER TERESA FOR HIM DURING THESE VISITS?) i don't know this lady personaly but i've heard things about her lifestlye that are inappropriate for a pastor wife. i know i shouldn't listen to hear say but as i have been to her house several times. i'm beginning to believe some of these things. i wanted to throw up when her lawyer was describing how she's been in foster care for 18 years and she would be the best placement for "MY CHILD". i had to keep my composure. i was sick to my stomach. (hear say -she takes in these kids for the money) she could have won a emmy today for best "drama performance". i was sick to my stomach when she started to cry. (oh please). i'm just letting off some steam guys, sorry. well, the decision was for 4 thursdays 2:30p.m. to 4:30p.m. supervised visits. then the GAL would decide if "MY BABY" should return back to visiting unsupervised. PLEASE,TELL ME HOW WILL THESE VISITS LET HIM KNOW ANYTHING? the bio mothers lawyer was there repeating her "best performance" lines that she says every court hearing or review (the state illegally placed "my baby" in our home without us being licensed). i wanted to tell her so bad "shut the *$#! up" (excuse my language guys). another thing that was messed up on my foster care worker end was she didn't have an investagation done on the family at the time of the sexual acting out. she's doing it now but some of the kids are gone from the home. SO WHAT CAN HAPPEN ABOUT THAT? i've never been through anything this stressful. i'm concerned about the (the friend of the family) husband he's never at court and when i use to drop of "MY BABY" for visits and he was there he never picked her up or said anything to her. i feel if you are behind your wife you would want to have something to do with the child that's supposedly being place in your home. another thing is WHY DOES SHE WANT TO HAVE "MY BABY" PLACED IN HER HOME AND DOESN'T WANT TO ADOPT HER? (i've thought long and hard about it- the MONEY), also, HOW CAN THE MOTHER OF "MY BABY" DECIDE WHO SHOULD GET "MY CHILD" AND AS SHE LIVED WITH THE FRIEND OF THE FAMILY SHE WAS MOLESTED BY HER SON AND WAS REMOVED FROM HER HOME AND AT THE TIME OF THE RAPE SHE HAD "MY BABY" AND LATER (2 MONTHS) "MY BABY" WAS REMOVED? BESIDES SHE CAN'T EVEN STAY OUT OF JAIL. SHE HAS BEEN ARESSTED AGAIN ON ASSAULT. i really don't blame the mother because she has issues but WHAT ELSE CAN I DO? SOMEONE, ANYONE, PLEASE, TELL ME SOMETHING AS I GO THROUGH THE WORST SITUATION I'VE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE. HELP ME?
