ISO 5 boys placed w/ State in early 1970's

I am looking for five male children placed with the State of Florida in/around Tampa area in early 1970's.
Children were most likely adopted out through the same agency. The children are as follows: Everette Lynn born in Brunswick GA 8/3/1964, Michael Timothy born in Albion NY 7/25/1965 ( supposedly had a mental impairment), David Earl born in Batavia NY 12/01/1966, Richard Carl born in Tampa FL 10/02/1968, and Lynn Woods III born in Tampa FL 11/19/1969. Birth parents were Joyce Ann and Lynn Woods Beach Jr. These five have a family that has missed them terribly and has searched desperately for them to no avail. These boys also have a biological sister born in 1976 that dreams of finding her brothers. Any info is greatly appreciated. Contact nhjw04@aol.com
