I represent an 11 year old African American girl who desperately wants to be adopted. She is a very bright girl with "sky is the limit" potential. She is a foster child and does have some behavioral issues but is making great strides in her current foster home. Due to her age I am anxious to locate a forever home for her. Any interested family would have to either recieve a homestudy by the State of Florida or by an agency which was approved by Florida.
